All My Needling and Hooking

This is my current project. True to habit, I have taken a very simple tunic pattern in a good book and tweaked it just enough to make it very difficult. Well, if I knew what I were doing it wouldn't be difficult.

When Rebecka was born a good friend was also expecting her third child and we knew she would have a girl as well. So, I thought, what could be cuter than matching outfits for the two girls. This simple tunic was an easy choice. Lavender and white for my friend's little LeAnna and white and pink for my Rebecka. Only, I didn't get either one finished.

Now Rebecka is turning 1 year old in two weeks and I am really close to finishing the lavender and white one. Three weeks ago I picked it up again and thought of completing it for her birthday. But it will probably finish up too small. If so, it will be a present for LeAnna's first birthday. It will fit her.
